Delete your MotaMaze account

MotaMaze is a game by Ingenious Crucible Studios LLC. You can delete your MotaMaze account and the data linked to it in the game, or by email without opening the game at all.

In the game

  1. Open MotaMaze and sign in.
  2. On the home screen, tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm twice.

Without the game — by email

You do not need to install or open MotaMaze to delete your account. Email us from the address you use to sign in to MotaMaze, or tell us that address and your player name, so we can find your account. We may ask you to confirm the request is yours before we act on it. We respond within 30 days.

Parents and guardians

You can ask us to delete your child’s account, and the data linked to it, the same way. Email us and tell us the email address or player name on your child’s account.

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for deletion and deleted after 30 days. During those 30 days you can change your mind by signing back in to MotaMaze. Uninstalling the game does not delete your account.

If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop MotaMaze using your Apple ID: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → MotaMaze → Stop Using Apple ID.

What is deleted

  • Your account, profile and player name
  • Your progress records
  • Your access to skins, passes and other items you own
  • Your leaderboard entry and any active share links, which are removed or de-linked from you
  • Copies of your data in our analytics systems, which are deleted or de-identified within 30 days

What may be kept for longer

  • Purchase and payment records, for accounting, fraud-prevention, and tax/legal purposes, for as long as the law requires
  • Security, audit, and anti-fraud logs
  • Records of offline-progress confirmation, for up to 24 months
  • Backups, which are replaced on a rolling schedule rather than purged on request
  • Advertising and attribution identifiers held by AdMob and Tenjin, under their own policies

The full details, including why each of these is kept, are in our Privacy Notice.
