Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE

By downloading, installing, or playing MotaMaze (“the Game”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Ingenious Crucible Studios LLC (“Ingenious Crucible Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 8 years old to play the Game. Players under 13 (COPPA) or under 18 (LGPD, Brazil) must have a parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms on their behalf. By allowing a child to use the Game, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the child’s behalf. We reserve the right to terminate accounts associated with ineligible users.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You may sign in using a Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES & SEASON PASS

• The Season Pass grants access to seasonal content, cosmetics, and ranking rewards for one season period. • Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not issue refunds directly. • Season Pass content expires at the end of the season. Unused content does not carry over. • Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. • Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, purchases are final once the purchased content has been accessed.

5. VIRTUAL ITEMS

Cosmetic items, lives, and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you — not sold. We may modify, remove, or discontinue virtual items at any time without liability. Virtual items may expire, be modified, or be removed as part of seasonal or live-service updates.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not: • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software • Manipulate leaderboard scores or rankings • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game • Harass, abuse, or impersonate other players • Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Game server or network Violations may result in immediate account termination and removal from the leaderboard.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Game — including characters, art, music, code, and the MotaMaze name — is owned by Ingenious Crucible Studios LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. LEADERBOARD & ONLINE FEATURES

• Leaderboard rankings and online features require an internet connection and are subject to availability. • Season standings are final at the end of each season. • We reserve the right to remove scores, reset rankings, or disqualify players from seasonal rewards where we reasonably believe cheating, fraud, or other rule violations have occurred. • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features, seasons, events, or leaderboards at any time. • We do not guarantee the continued availability of online features.

9. ADVERTISING

The Game may display ads via Google AdMob. You may opt out of personalized ads in Settings → General → Ad Personalization. Opting out does not remove ads; it only limits personalization.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingenious Crucible Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Ingenious Crucible Studios LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

13. TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, remove leaderboard entries, revoke seasonal rewards obtained through violations, or disable access to online features if you violate these Terms, engage in cheating or fraud, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Game. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you may use the in-app Delete Account feature or follow the process described in our Privacy Notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect after these Terms end.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notification before they take effect. Continued use of the Game after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Where permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable under applicable law in your jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or disregarded to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.
